You will be hearing from me every week, but I thought it might be nice to change things up this week so you all can meet Maddy - our Warehouse Manager!
She gives a delicious looking recipe for Quinoa and Roasted Veggie Salad with Brazil Nut Pesto that could inspire tonight’s dinner and a book recommendation for anyone looking for an end-of-summer read.
Meet Our Warehouse Manager - Maddy
1. What does a typical day look like for you at Nurture My Body?
Getting orders ready and out the door, checking inventory, assembling product, etc.
2. What aspect of your job do you enjoy most?
I really like order fulfillment. I myself love getting mail and packages, so it is really cool to be apart of that excitement with our customers. I like to think that each customer can see all the work that goes into each product.
3. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Spare time? Just kidding! I like to head over to the White Water Center with my doggies, go mountain biking, play rugby, etc. Really anything outside.
4. What is the last book you read?

5. What is your perfect meal?
This is the hardest question! I love to cook so this is a recent perfect meal. I bought too many veggies at the farmers market and had to use them ASAP. I made a roasted veggie salad with quinoa, but used store bought pesto. Check out the recipe here.
