Ordered product month ago and have not received. Cannot reach customer service by phone or email. No response. Used to have no problem. What has happened?

I ordered product over a month ago and still have not received anything. I emailed customer support twice and have gotten no response. BBB next??

Hair feels clean and not weighed down! My go to shampoo for thinning fine hair

"I LOVE YOUR HAIR" is what many women have told me when I go out. I use the shampoo and rinse it, then I use the conditioner, comb it, rinse it one last time and that's the last time I comb it until my next wash. Then I let my hair air-dry and see those curls come out of the blues like I could never imagine. My hair is soft, shiny and curly, and I love the feel of it. It looks wild but I love to wear it loose and compliment it with beautiful little hair clips here and there and wear big round earrings like in the 60s and 70s. I NEVER had hair like this until I got off the regular cheap hair products from stores and supermarkets which are loaded with toxic and poisoning elements in them which are not only bad for the hair, but penetrate the skin and cause internal damage to my overall health. Nurture my Body is only from now on. I will order it again, and I truly hope they send me a discount coupon at least, as I passed the name of these products to most of those ladies who complimented me, and I'll continue to pass it on. I paid $50 for the 16oz of the Everyday Shampoo after using the smaller bottle. When I got it I immediately noticed it had coconut oil listed whereas it is not on the smaller bottle or on the website. I immediately contacted customer service via email to request a refund of the unopened bottle. It's been a week now and no reply to any of my emails. The phone line is always busy. So keep that in mind - they say they have a great return policy but so far all they have done is ignore me. But they of course took my money and shipped the stuff right away...
