Alexandrian Laurel (Calophyllum Inophyllum)

Is used as a remarkable topical healing agent with anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antibiotic and antioxidant properties. It soothes the skin and is excellent for skin diseases, scars and burns. It works miracles on scar tissue to reduce scarring and it fades stretch marks with incredible results.

Alfalfa Leaf (Medicago Sativa)

Is very rich in minerals and nutrients including calcium, magnesium, potassium, carotene, phytoestrogens and eight essential amino acids. It can be an antioxidant in skin care products and is used in lotions and creams to allow concentrated nutrients and minerals to absorb directly into the skin layers. The phytoestrogens in Alfalfa Leaf also have an anti-aging effect for more youthful skin.

Aloe Vera Gel (Aloe Barbadensis)

A member of the lily family that contains “biogenic stimulators”, which heal and regenerate the skin. It is ideal for all skin types and helps skin problems of all descriptions. It is a healing agent, humectant and emollient all in one. Aloe soothes and protects, restores the skins natural pH, has the ability to regenerate damaged tissue, hydrates, and relieves irritation from sun burn, minor skin burns, rashes and insect bites.

Australian Sandalwood (Santalum Album)

Beneficial for dry, chapped, inflamed, cracked skin and cystitis. It may benefit acne and is great for skin revitalization. Has a calming, balancing effect with great moisturizing properties that soothe and soften the skins tissue. Helps to relieve itching and irritation of the skin and is great for sensitive skin.

Avocado (Persea Gratissima)

A nutrient rich humectant that nourishes the skin. It is emollient, high in fat, helps reduce age spots and scars, and is a skin softener and superior moisturizer. Avocado is helpful to dry dull skin and hair and prevents moisture evaporation. It also contains Vitamins A, B1, B2, D and E properties.

Blue Tansy (Tanacetum Annuum)

An important aroma therapeutic for sunburns and bruises as well as burned, inflamed and damaged skin. It is traditionally used for reducing skin inflammation, but is also used for eczema and dry skin.

Borage Flowers (Borago Officinalis)

Is very emollient and widely studied for their ability to calm and reduce inflammation. Is softening and nourishing for the skin and scalp. Contains anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties. Also high in antioxidants that help to replenish the skin's tissue.

Borage Seed (Borago Officinalis)

A wonderful humectant, skin conditioner and helps regulate hydration of the skin. It has also been used with positive results for many different skin disorders, such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea and prematurely matured skin. It aids growth nourishment and dry conditions for nails, scalp and hair.

Bulgarian Rose (Rosa Damascena)

Great for all skin types, especially for dry, sensitive, or aging skin. It acts as a humectant, helps balance the skin, regulate sebum, and hydrate and cool sunburns. It is good for broken capillaries, dry skin and eczema. Its antibacterial properties can be helpful in the prevention of acne and it is a good choice for anti-aging and anti-wrinkle formulations.

Burdock Root (Arctium Lappa)

Used to improve scalp conditions, combat hair loss and reverse itching and dandruff. It is excellent in treatment of dry scaly skin, psoriasis and eczema. It is rich in iron and minerals and is a blood purifier. This combination of qualities explains its traditional use in treating acne.

Calendula (Calendula Officinalis)

For healing wounds and reducing scarring and skin inflammation. It is slightly astringent and antiseptic and helps soothe, calm and heal skin. It is best for skin that is sensitive, environmentally damaged, irritated, scaly, brittle or chapped.

Carrot (Daucus Carota Sativa)

Is excellent for all skin types but especially helps heal dry, chapped or cracked skin. It contains Vitamins A and E and helps balance the moisture in our skin. It stimulates cell renewal and aids in restoring elasticity to sagging, wrinkled or sun-damaged skin.

Cedar Atlas (Cedrus Atlantica)

Is beneficial for treating oily skin and scalp. Helps to relieve itching and more serious skin conditions like psoriasis, dandruff, acne and eczema. It is known to control excessive sebum production in the skin and scalp.

Chamomile (Chamomilla Recutita)

Contains anti-inflammatory, calming, soothing and nourishing properties that help restore skin tissue. Best used for sensitive, dry, reddened or itchy skin. It accelerates the healing of wounds, helps skin allergies and can be used on infected wounds, abscesses, acne and rashes.

Chickweed (Stellaria Media)

Was thought to remove toxins from the skin, but is now more typically explained as a microcirculatory stimulant for the skin. It contains high amounts of Vitamin C complex and is very emollient. It may be used to treat acne, abscesses of the skin, eczema, rashes, scarring.

Cleavers (Galium Aparine)

Used primarily for external applications on skin irritations such as burns. It helps treat skin problems such as seborrhea, eczema and psoriasis. It is also believed to be a hair tonic that is good for the hair and makes it grow long.

Coco de Cream

Excellent oil for all over use. It is very mild and great for people with sensitive skin. It is exceptional for moisturizing and can serve as a protective layer, helping retain the moisture in your skin by preventing water loss. Coconut (Cocos Nucifera)

Excellent oil for all over use. It is very mild and great for people with sensitive skin. Coltsfoot (Tussilago Farfara)

In skin care Coltsfoot is said to help sensitive, oily and blemished skin. It is soothing, cleansing and anti-inflammatory. It is also excellent for hair care because it contains high percentages of Silica and Cystine. These ingredients help build and coat the hair shaft while nourishing the scalp. Coltsfoot is gentle but has long lasting effects against dry and oily dandruff hair.

Comfrey Leaf and Root (Symphytum Officinale)

Is one of the most healing and vitalizing herbs for skin care. It contains muco-polysaccharides used for effective cell therapy. It is best used on inflamed, sensitive, environmentally damaged or dry skin. It is believed to have the ability to stimulate cell proliferation. It is also anti-inflammatory, an astringent demulcent, emollient, soothing and helps promote healing.

Coriander Seed (Coriandrum Sativum)

Used as an effective remedy for pimples, blackheads, cellulite and dry skin. Can help with tension, muscle spasms while detoxifying the body. Contains high amounts of anti-inflammatory properties.

Cypress (Cupressus Sempervirens)

Aids in the care of greasy, hydrated, slack, tired, and sluggish skin. It smoothes and tightens the skin, reduces the amount of perspiration, deodorizes, is an astringent, styptic and repels insects. Cypress oil can be used for varicose and broken veins, as well as clearing an oily and congested skin.

Dandelion Leaf and Root (Taraxacum Officinale)

Is said to be a tonic herb used to detoxify the entire system. It is very soothing and nourishing for dry and chapped skin. Contains high amounts of Vitamins A, B and C and minerals such as iron, silicon, magnesium, zinc, potassium and manganese.

Decyl Polyglucose

A very gentle and mild surfactant that occurs naturally in ambrette seed and sweet orange. It is a fatty polyglycoside that is prepared by reacting corn starch glucose with natural fatty acids and contains no solvents or hydrotropes.

Echinacea (Echinacea Angustifolia)

Useful in the treatment of wrinkles. It is a firming agent that texturizes and refines the pores. It is beneficial for dry, inflamed or cracked skin. Is a wound healing accelerant that is useful in treating acne. It is antibacterial, antifungal and

Elder Flowers (Sambucus Nigra)

Is believed to stimulate cell rejuvenation. It is a healing and general astringent for dry or normal skin. This herb contains softening, preserving and antiseptic properties. Helps to tone the skin, reduce swelling, and soothe irritation and inflammation. Mildly astringent to the skin. Contains B-complex Vitamins as well as vVtamins A and C.

Evening Primrose (Oenothera Biennis)

An effective skin-soothing herb due to high gamma-linolenic acid content and an Omega 6 fatty acid extremely nourishing to the skin and bodily functions. It helps repair damaged skin, keeps skin healthy, reduces roughness, cracking and irritation and is believed to rejuvenate skin cells.

Eyebright (Euphrasia Officinalis)

Is a natural astringent that cleans the skin and constricts the pores. It is used for puffiness around the eyes and promotes eye skin area soothing comfort especially for allergy-prone areas around the eyeball. It also contains tannins that calm irritated eyes.

Frankincense (Boswellia Carteri)

Used for mature skin and wrinkles. It rejuvenates tired, sagging skin, accelerates the healing of skin blemishes and small wounds, is an astringent and is used for raw or chapped skin and hand care.

Geranium (Pelargonium Graveolens)

Geranium’s fragrance helps relieve stress, fatigue and anxiety. It can be used on all skin types and is an antiseptic, an astringent, deodorizing, toning, anti-inflammatory and cleansing. It stimulates the lymphatic system and shows uses for connective tissue, cellulite, seborrhea, acne, abscesses, bleeding, infection, dry eczema and insect repellent.

German Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita)

Treats sensitive or inflamed skin and reduces puffiness while cleansing the pores of the skin. It is calming, healing and helps heal dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis and active acne.

Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi)

Is a liquid extract derived from the seed, pulp and white membrane of a grapefruit. The extract is then prepared by grinding the grapefruit membrane, seed and pulp into a fine powder. It is used as a natural preservative.

Green Myrtle (Myrtus Communis)

Is a natural astringent that balances and harmonizes the skin, making it useful in cases of acne and oily skin. This valuable addition to cosmetic formulas also aids in treating inflamed, devitalized and irritated skin. Its reviving and refreshing oil contracts and pulls up the skin, helping to diminish wrinkles.

Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis)

Is a natural antioxidant that restores moisture balance to dry skin, improves complexion, softens wrinkles and tiny age lines, enhances radiance, promotes hair growth and conditions the scalp. Possesses anti-inflammatory activity. Great for mature, aging skin, dry, cracked and sun-damaged skin. Also great for brittle and damaged hair.

Helichrysum (Helichrysum Italicum)

Is incredibly effective in stimulating cell turnover and regeneration, as well as healing acne. It is a component of many anti-acne blends, and is also useful in treating rashes, skin irritation, scarring needs and healing burns and bruises.

High Oleic Safflower (Carthamnus Tinctorius)

This wonderfully moisturizing oil has a large quantity of natural Vitamin E. It is nourishing, rejuvenating, smoothing and useful for all skin types including dry and damaged skin. It helps the skin retain moisture and is non-comedogenic. Safflower oil is found to be effective for dry, color treated, and permed hair. It is also good for a baby’s sensitive skin and aids in reducing diaper rash and smaller rashes.

Honey

Honey is a natural humectant, which means it attracts and holds onto water molecules, making a great treatment for dry, damaged hair. As a natural healthy means of hair restoration honey can be used for thinning or falling-out hair, baldness and for adding shine to dull hair.  The anti-bacterial property of honey helps to foster a healthy scalp. This in turn reduces the risk of dandruff and thus, hair falling out. Honey acts as a Humectant and prevents hair loss by preventing loss of moisture. The high sugar content of honey helps to retain water and thereby maintains moisture content of hair. In fact, this moisture content helps to keep the cuticle soft.

Hops Flowers and Leaf (Humulus Lupulus)

Is a gentle skin toner that keeps skin soft and supple while hydrating and delaying wrinkles. It also aids in cellular growth.

Horsetail (Equisetum Arvense)

Is rich in silica, a mineral necessary for healthy skin that also acts as a stimulant for hair growth. Horsetail maintains high moisture levels, alleviates dryness and wrinkles, is high in nutrient skin food, tones and heals. Horsetail is a good source of silica, necessary for strong, shiny hair. It also repairs connective tissue in the skin.

Jasmine Absolute (Jasminum Officinale)

Is wonderful for skin care, especially hot, dry and sensitive skin. It’s toning and antiseptic properties have a soothing effect that helps relieve redness, itching and the treatment of dermatitis. Jasmine tones dry, greasy, irritated and sensitive skin, increases elasticity and is often used to assist with stretch marks and to reduce scarring.

Jojoba and Jojoba Seed (Simmondsia Chinensis)

Within its plant species, Jojoba is the only member that produces significant quantities of liquid wax esters akin to the natural restorative esters produced by human sebaceous glands. Because of its affinity with our skin it’s best known as a soother, softener and conditioner. It also helps protect skin, keeps it supple, restores your skin's pH balance, and helps with dry and oily skin.

Lavandin (Lavandula Hybrida)

Is ideal for rebalancing dryness, but it is also useful to help the skin heal wounds faster, calm dermatitis, treat wounds and minor burns, increase circulation, help reduce hair loss and rejuvenate hair and scalp

Lavender (Lavandula Officinalis)

The soothing and anti-inflammatory action of Lavender helps heal burns, scratches and bites. On the skin it has a healing effect, while preventing scarring and balancing the skin. Lavender oil tones and revitalizes and it is useful for all types of skin problems such as acne, oily skin, psoriasis, stings and also acts as an insect repellent. Its cicatrisant properties help the skin heal faster and the cytophylactic properties will help it do so with less scarring.

Lemon (Citrus Medica Limonum)

Is an astringent and detoxifying agent and is therefore great for blemishes associated with oily skin. It is good for cellulite, acne, boils, corns, warts, oily (balances sebum), couperose, dry skin and thin hair and nails. It is also antiseptic and toning and it helps strengthen epidermis function, tightens blood vessels, stimulates connective tissue, protects against infection and aids the development of the acid mantle.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon Citratus)

Very Refreshing. Especially good for oily, acne-prone skin. Adds shine and luster to dull and lackluster hair. Helps to alleviate muscular aches and pains. Is said to help reduce cellulite and tone skin tissue.

Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia)

The astringent action of lime helps to increase and improve the tone of the skin and the anti-scorbutic properties help to detoxify and clear the skin of any accumulated waste material. This is especially useful for fighting cellulite. It is also antiseptic and helps clear up pimples.

Macadamia Nut (Macadamia Ternifolia)

This highly emollient and soothing oil contains the highest level of palmitoleic acid of any plant oil. It is suitable for all skin types but is particularly good for dry or mature skin because of its high percentage of palmitoleic acid. The acid protects the skin just like human sebum does by penetrating and hydrating the skin quickly.

Mallow Blue Flowers (Malva Sylvestris)

Mallow Blue Flowers are good for sensitive skin. It helps skin regain moisture, tone and build resiliency while diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It may also have some anti-inflammatory and soothing properties for the skin, as well as some potential antioxidant benefits such as anti-aging and emollient producing properties.

Mandarin (Citrus Reticula)

Mandarin will firm, cleanse and refine sluggish and dull skin. It is helpful for oily skin and is calming, soothing, uplifting and antiseptic. It can help reduce stretch marks and cellulite while it tones the skin.

Marshmallow Root (Althaea Officinalas)

Has the ability to soothe and soften irritated tissue, which in turn, helps quiet inflamed skin. Its mucilage content helps soothe inflamed tissue, making it good for dry scalp and hair. It is emollient and great for chapped skin as well as providing excellent slip and detangling of naturally curly hair instantly.

Nettles (Urtica Dioica)

Extracts of Nettle have been included in hair tonics for centuries due to its purported ability to stimulate hair growth. It is high in calcium and Vitamins C, D and K. Nettles has been employed for the general purpose of an astringent but it also tones the skin, helps the scalp for loss of hair and clears toxins from the body.

Oat Extract (Avena Sativa)

Know for its ability to add volume to hair. It has been said to be effective in combating hair loss and nourishing hair follicles. Avena sativa can soothe, smooth, and nourish skin and hair. Oat Extract is a very good herb that can give body and a healthy look to dry and fine hair.

Oatstraw (Avena Sativa)

Rich in vitamins and minerals. The high level silicic acid in the herb is soothing on skin. Oatstraw is good for treating eczema and acne. It is also great for dry and sensitive skin because of its emollient and moisturizing properties. Works very well on fine weak hair thanks to its moisturizing and revitalizing qualities. Oatstraw gives the hair more body and makes it look more full.

Olive Squalane

A Natural emollient for all skin types; Helps to nourish and lubricate the skins tissue. Is highly nutritive for the skin. Has superior moisturizing affect on the skin thus softening it and reducing scars. Human skin naturally produces small amounts of squalane, but with the aging process squalane production decreases. Clinical studies confirm that the use of squalane in skin care helps soften skin, and reduce fine facial wrinkles.

Palmarosa (Cymbopogon Martini)

Is both stimulating and soothing on the skin. It has a moisturizing and hydrating effect. It stimulates cell rejuvenation and encourages the correct production of sebum thus helping to reduce oiliness of the skin thereby balancing acne. Aids the regeneration of the skin and the reduction of scar tissue. It is known to be helpful in formulations for those with mature skin and also helpful for balancing oily and dry skin.

Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin)

Patchouli oil is very effective in healing rough, cracked and overly dehydrated skin and is used to treat acne, eczema, as well as scalp disorders. It can be used for inflamed and itching skin as well as to help break down cellulite. Is a superb tissue regenerator, which helps to stimulate the growth of new skin cells. Helps to prevent scarring.

Peppermint (Mentha Piperita)

Helps to purify tone and stimulate the skin. Is also said to help relieve itching and irritation by cooling the skin and reducing its redness. It is used for dermatitis, acne, ringworm, scabies and inflammation of the skin. It is very comforting and refreshing to the skin as well as contains muscle-relaxing properties.

Petitgrain (Citrus Aurantium Amara)

On the skin it is most useful in treating broken capillaries and veins under the skin's surface, improving elasticity, while stimulating cellular activity and new cell growth. It has a toning effect and helps to clear pimples and skin blemishes making it useful for oily skin. It is also said to be good for oily hair and dandruff.

Plantain Leaf (Plantago Major)

Is emollient, excellent for itchy skin and is said to soothe and heal many skin conditions. Helps to treat inflamed skin. It is toning and astringent (contracts skin tissues), and reduces oil secretions of the skin.

Red Clover (Trifolium Pratense)

Very healing and balancing for the skin. Helps to ease irritating skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis with its natural anti-inflammatory properties. Red Clover is one of the most useful remedies for children with skin problems such as childhood eczema.

Red Mandarin (Citrus Reticulata)

Mandarin essential oil is beneficial for acne, congested and oily skin, scars, skin disorders, and stretch marks. Its astringent properties make it beneficial for skin tone, while natural antioxidants help protect the skin.

Rice Bran (Oryza Sativa)

It is an extremely gentle oil full of antioxidants making it ideal for sensitive, mature or delicate skin where additional moisture is needed. The oil acts as both a carrier and emollient and has a small molecule making it much easier to penetrate the skin. It is known for its softening and moisturizing properties. Adds sheen while also moisturizing and conditioning the hair without weighing it down.

Rosehips (Rosa Canina)

Is High in Vitamin C, which reduces scars and facial lines. Helps regenerate the skin and counteract the effects of aging. Is a rich source of omega fatty acids, which is great for the reduction of stretch marks, scars, helps with burns and helps to strengthen the hair shaft. Rosehip has been shown to reduce pigmentation of the skin and when used regularly it has been shown to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Rosebud (Rosa Damascena)

It is a cell regenerator, which makes it great for dry, mature, wrinkled and sensitive skin. Rosehips Seed (Rosa Mosqueta)

Has excellent tissue regeneration properties that help to reduce scars as well as reducing wrinkles. It contains EFA’s and when they are absorbed through the skin, they convert to prostaglandins, which are involved in cellular membrane and tissue regeneration. Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis)

Rosemary helps to increase circulation and is used in hair care products as it stimulates the hair follicles to renewed activity and to help prevent premature baldness. It also helps to control dandruff and oily scalp. It is an outstanding free radical scavenger and therefore has amazing antioxidant properties on the skin, it has a tightening effect and reduces bloating and puffiness.

Roses (Rosa Damascena)

Contains anthocyanocides, which prevent the elastin in the skin to degrade and also has a capillary blood vessels strengthening function. It is used for the treatment of inflammation, as well as skin redness and is useful for eczema. Its rejuvenating and restorative properties leave skin beautifully toned and hydrated.

Sage (Salvia Officinalis)

Useful to refine the texture of the skin and for dermatitis. It can be used for oily, spotty skin and for wrinkled, sagging complexions by stimulating blood circulation, closing pores and restoring elasticity. Great for oily hair and is useful in stimulating hair growth, treating both baldness and alopecia. Sage is full of anti-oxidants, which slow down aging and help prevent wrinkles and sagging skin.

Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae Rhamnoides)

High in Vitamin A and nutrients and is excellent for soothing and nourishing the skin. Helps to combats wrinkles, dryness and other symptoms of malnourished or prematurely aging skin. Also helps to promote cell tissue regeneration, thus restoring skin tissue. Is said to help to retard the skin's aging process because of the effects of its high levels of Vitamins A and E.

Seaweed

Very softening and nutritive for the skin. Acts as hydrating agents, helps form a protective barrier on the skin, helpful for the skin's elasticity by increasing hydration and thereby maintaining and improving the skin's elasticity. Seaweed interacts with human carotene to give soft supple skin and silky healthy hair.

Sesame (Sesamum Indicum)

Sesame oil has been used for centuries. It is high in Vitamins B and E and minerals, which softens the skin; reduces scars and is moisturizing. It contains a balance of monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids, making it a perfect skin nutritive delivering all the fatty acids that help maintain healthy skin. It also contains proteins that help protect the skin from sun damage.

Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii)

It is moisturizing, emollient and helps to relieve dry, cracked, aging and damaged skin. Its moisturizing properties also help maintain softer, smoother and healthier skin. High in Vitamins A and E, it is a skin softener. The anti-aging properties of shea butter cause reactivation of collagen synthesis, resulting in younger looking skin and a resistance to photo aging caused by the harmful effects of the sun.

Slippery Elm (Ulmus Fulva)

Is emollient and helps protect skin from chapping. Is very soothing and helps to soften the skin. Slippery elm is good for treating itchy, inflamed, or irritated skin. Is also very calming for the skin making it good for all skin types.

Soy Lecithin (Glycine Soja)

Is high in B Vitamins and anti-oxidants, it has an advanced softening and moisturizing action that leaves the skin soft and supple. It is very suitable for very dry and dehydrated skin. Is also highly nutritive for the skin and hair.

Strawberry Leaf (Fragaria)

An excellent astringent that helps to normalize skin oiliness. It tones and whitens the skin, combats wrinkles, lightens freckles and soothes sunburns. Strawberry leaves helps to reduce swelling of blackheads on the skin. Full of naturally occurring Vitamin C it works great for calming skin and scalp irritation.

Sweet Orange (Citrus Sinensis)

Helps with sluggish, dull and oily skin conditions, it is a fabulous body toner. It contains astringent, antibacterial, antiseptic, toning and cleansing properties. Great for older more mature skin, dealing with dermatitis, as well as acne and soothing dry irritated skin. The toning action stems from the effect it has on supporting collagen formation in the skin, which is required for healthy, young-looking skin.

Tunisian Neroli (Citrus Aurantium)

Is Soothing and nourishing to the skin and excellent for cell regeneration by stimulating new cell growth. It improves elasticity, softens wrinkles and scars especially on mature/dry, sensitive skin types. It regulates oiliness and minimizes enlarged pores. It also helps to clear acne and blemished skin, especially if the skin lacks moisture.

Turkish Rose (Rosa Damascena)

It is used to repair broken capillaries, inflammation, skin redness and is useful in eczema. Vegetable Emulsifying Wax NF (Cetearyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 60)


Vegetable wax used to emulsify (disperse) the oil and water. It adds a protective moisture-binding property preventing transepidermal water loss. It is very moisturizing to the skin. Our waxes are fatty polyglycosides that are prepared by reacting glucose or olive wax and collagen with natural fatty acids. They contain no solvents or hydrotropes.

Vegetable Glycerin

It is a sweet oily fluid obtained by adding alkalies to fats and fixed oils. It is a demulcent, emollient, soothing and healing for the skin.

Vetiver (Vetiveria Zizanioides)

Beneficial for acne, eczema, dry skin, aging skin and irritated skin. It is soothing for muscular aches and pains. Vetiver oil is excellent for skin cell rejuvenation and healing. Vetiver is also great as a hair and scalp re-conditioner.

Vitamin C Palmitate (Ascorbyl Palmitate)

Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant to help provide protection from free radicals. Vitamin C is vital to the production of the collagen molecules necessary for the development of the connective tissue the skin. When applied to skin, Vitamin C is believed to aid skin cells in repairing and reproducing them. It enhances the skin smoothness and elasticity. This vitamin is excellent for skin showing signs of aging.

Wheat Germ (Triticum Vulgare)

Wheat germ oil is a natural source of Vitamins A, E, and D, which are the only oil soluble vitamins that can absorb directly into the skin. Constituents in wheat germ oil act as protective agents against sun damage. It helps to promote the moisture holding ability of the skin and new cell growth. It is said to possibly retard the fine wrinkles of aging.

Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana)

An excellent natural astringent, which reduces inflammation and is sanitizing to the skin. It helps with hydration of the skin, calms irritated skin and reduces skin redness. Contains good anti-oxidant properties to fight aging free radicals, Helps to treat psoriasis and eczema. Effective where there is puffy skin, for puffiness around the eyes and to generally improve skin tone.

Xanthan Gum

Is a natural carbohydrate gum produced by a pure culture fermentation of a carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris. It is a thickener, emulsifier and stabilizer.

Ylang Ylang (Cananga Odorata)


It has been reputed to stimulate hair growth and is a natural conditioner. It has been long used to increase the thickness of the hair shaft and to grow thicker hair. Can have a balancing effect on scalp oil production and may help with split ends. Its scent is known to be calming and relaxing.

Zinc Oxide

Is a broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen that is found in nature and provides excellent broad spectrum (UVA/UVB) protection. Zinc oxide holds tight to its electrons when it absorbs UV energy and limits the creation of free radicals that do damage and increase the risk of skin cancer. Zinc oxide is the sole sunscreen active ingredient approved for use on children by FDA. The zinc oxide we use is non-nano, and non-micronized; there are zero zinc oxide nanoparticles in our formulas.
