I have purchased this cream in a 4 oz. pump bottle for years; however, the last two times, I was sent a jar and not the pump. Since the beginning of February, I have both emailed Customer Service and called the listed phone number at least ten times between the two, and no one has returned an email or call. I finally sent the item back to request a refund or exchange for the correct product, and I still have not heard back from them over a month later, and that was on 2/17!! Unfortunately, I will most likely continue to purchase their products because I really love their Vitamin C face cream and cream cleanser, but this business' customer service is unprofessional, and at this point, I doubt they really have a customer service.

I have used the Nurture My Body for many years now and this is still my favorite cleanser. It does the job and keep my face feeling fresh all day. This is an absolute must have!

I am a 56 year old female with autoimmune. To say that my skin is sensitive would be an understatement! I would call it reactive. I have tried so many cleansers, and this is the only one I can use. I have to use pure products (no chemicals) that are calming and gentle. This is a creamy, gentle, soothing formula that does not hurt my skin. I am honestly not sure what I would wash my face with without it, and I am grateful for it!

Love it! Cleanses thoroughly and leaves my skin soft and moisturized.

Front of bottle says it contains lavender. I only checked ingredient list on back and couldn’t find lavender listed. Thought lavender was considered fragrance. I’m confused by description on front and ingredients on back.
