Calming Lavender lotion

I like Nurture My Body Products, but I have placed two orders and my card was charged but I never received either order. I called the phone number and it did not work and I emailed the customer service email and have heard nothing from anyone. I am very disappointed.

Product a 4 but customer service is aweful !

While I would give this shower gel a 4 I rated this a BIG FAT ONE. Unfortunately they're level of customer service is aweful. Nobody responded to me even when I had called and left three messages. I will never be ordering from them again. I had to reach out explaining I had a reaction to they're Baby lotion and needed a refund. NOBODY responded and I've just been sitting back waiting. I'm sorry but I would not recommend doing business with NMB.
