Product a 4 but customer service is aweful !

While I would give this shower gel a 4 I rated this a BIG FAT ONE. Unfortunately they're level of customer service is aweful. Nobody responded to me even when I had called and left three messages. I will never be ordering from them again. I had to reach out explaining I had a reaction to they're Baby lotion and needed a refund. NOBODY responded and I've just been sitting back waiting. I'm sorry but I would not recommend doing business with NMB.

The fragrance free body wash is the best I have tried. I combine the body wash with the fragrance free hand and body lotion. This combination really helps with my dry skin problem particularly in the winter. I really love these products.
